We believe that everyone has within him or herself a huge potential to make good things happen and that a positive attitude can and should be stimulated by companies.  That is why we created our own corporate social engagement network where our community is encouraged to bring ideas and make them a reality through interaction.

Here at our UP&GOAL social engagement network, any company staff member, vendors and friends & family promote initiatives of social mobilization or participate in the existing actions. What moves us is the idea that each one can do a little for the causes in which we believe and together we can have a huge impact on our neighborhoods, our city or even the country as a whole.

Individuals

Volunteers are the centerpiece of our network: those who make things happen and who put their hands in the dough.  Being business collaborators or guests of a nonprofit organization, they can participate in the registered actions or even promote their own initiatives.

NGOs

The nonprofit organizations participating in this network can also publicize volunteer opportunities, as well as publicize their work and partner with our company. They have their own organization page and they must be referred by a member of our company and pass through an evaluation of our coordinating team.
