The interested party must register in the Social Engagement Portal and post a photo of a voluntary action performed by him/her in the photo album of the action PHOTO COMPETITION until the xx/xx/xx day.

All employees, trainees and outsourced workers of the company throughout the country can participate in the contest.

The contest will start on XXXX day of XXXX and will end on XXXX day of XXXX.

Period of participation: Those interested must post their photo in the contest photo album from the XXXX day of XXXX until the XXXX day of XXXX;

Selection period of the finalists: The Volunteer Program will analyze the photos received and will select the 10 finalists from the XXXX day of XXXX until the XXXX day of XXXX;

Popular Voting Period: The popular voting will begin on XXXX day of XXXX and end on XXXX day of XXXX;

Date of announcement of winners: XXXX of XXXX.

- The registration is individual;

- Each user can participate with only 1 (one) photo;

- It is necessary to be registered in the Social Engagement Portal to register and to vote;

- To participate the photo must be published in the Portal within the photo album of the action PHOTO CONTEST;

- The photo can be sent in JPG or PNG formats with a maximum size of 5 MB;

- The photo must be authored by the participant or the participant must have the right to use the photo, as well as the image right of the people who appear in the photo;

- Images of children or under 18 years of age need the written permission of their parents or guardian;

- Photos of any period will be accepted (it is not necessary to have done a recent voluntary action to participate);

- Assemblies will be accepted as long as they are made by the participant registered for the purpose of attending the contest;

- In the case of identical photos, sent by different participants, the one that was sent first will be considered valid. The others will be disregarded;

- The winning participants will be recognized with:

- Exclusive interview on the Portal

- Dissemination of the photo in the internal media of the company

- Surprise toast

The winners will be announced via the Portal and other internal communication channels of the company.
